I have been in the Hotel Industry for four years now working in different departments including kitchenCatherine Chef as a pastry cook, as a cashier in a fast food restaurant and Barista and waitress in a four star Hotel. I received a Barista champion award in 2010 for qualifying to the finals in the Barista championship in Kenya. I scooped the 6th position Nationwide for showing my passion and skills in extraction of espresso shots and making my own signature beverage with a coffee base. I have completed a super Host Fundamental workshop, I made a personal commitment to ensure that each customer with whom I come into contact with receives a warm welcome, legendary and prompt service and an invitation to come back again.

While I had the opportunity to work for Sarova Panafric Hotel a Barista and Waitress as well, I extensively broadened my skills as a Barista by making different latte arts and preparation of special coffee beverages both hot and cold. Having worked at Holiday Inn as unpaid Intern in the restaurant as an Hostess modified my Customer service skills, working with Integrity, honesty and communicating well with my co-workers by being a good team player. I am very hard working and passionate with my work, punctual and always wearing a smile.
